  • 1. Fill out Step One of our "Urge to Smoke" form and make a copy of the exercises for themselves. They must actually do this First Step.
  • 2. Use the Smoking Cost Chart to honestly assess just how much money they burn on cigarettes.
  • 3. Contact you and ask for the gift certificate.
  • 4. Optional: After quitting, they can gradually afford to set aside the cost of their therapy to pay you back. They know you and just how much of a sacrifice you probably made to help them and in a spirit of gratitude, choose to pay you back.
  • 5. THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE: The new smoke free person can PAY IT FORWARD by paying for someone they care about to quit. That person must promise to do the same. The Transformational Institute will give each PAY IT FORWARD smoke free client $50.00 at the end of 5 months if they are still not smoking.
